1. General Rules

  1. Settlement and official results

The settlement of every Tk10 market is based on the official result announced by the governing body or competition organizer. If the official result cannot be verified, Tk10 may delay settlement until official confirmation is published. If the official result is not published, Tk10 may resolve bets using reliable data at its reasonable discretion. Any market published with incorrect information or pricing may be voided. If outcomes are interdependent but not properly reflected in the price, Tk10 reserves the right to void the bet.

  2. Prices and acceptance

Tk10 is not obligated to accept bets on selections that appear at prices inconsistent with Tk10 published prices at the time of bet placement. Only Tk10 live published prices apply for betting purposes.

  3. Integrity and fraud

Tk10 may suspend settlement and hold customer funds if concerns regarding fraud or integrity arise. If evidence of misconduct is found, Tk10 may void affected bets and withhold payment pending investigation and appropriate regulatory action.

  4. Cancellation and modification

Customers may not cancel or modify bets once placed and confirmed. Tk10 may void or cancel bets at its discretion for reasons including palpable error in the event wording or odds, attempts to bypass limits, use of undisclosed information, or when a participant is directly involved in the event.

  5. Venue and circumstance changes

Tk10 reserves the right to cancel all bets if there is a change of venue or if there are radical changes in event circumstances that affect the outcome, such as material changes in playing time or number of periods.

  6. Postponed or abandoned events

For matches postponed or abandoned, bets are void if the event is not resumed within 48 hours unless an official winner is declared. If the event is resumed and completed, settlement follows the final result. In events where only one leg of a multi-leg tie is postponed, bets on remaining legs may stay open but results are settled according to the legs already completed.

  7. Abandonment and ongoing markets

If a match is abandoned after starting and cannot be resumed, undecided markets are void unless the market specifies otherwise. Markets decided prior to abandonment stand, while undecided markets are void and stakes refunded unless the market states otherwise.

  8. Video Assistant Referee and equivalent decisions

When a video review affects the state of play, bets placed between the occurrence of the incident and the final decision may be void if the outcome is altered, unless the market odds were unaffected by the review or already accounted for at bet acceptance. Final decisions communicated before the end of the match govern settlement for affected markets.

  9. Odds display and settlement timing

Odds shown to players are two-decimal values for display. Total odds use a sixth decimal place for calculation, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Settlement of revisions may occur within a maximum of 30 days from the original settlement date.

  10. Outright and time-based rules

Outright markets, including short term and long term, are subject to play or pay rules. If a listed participant is unable to take part, outright bets stand as losses. H2H markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team-based markets remain valid while individual markets may be void.

2. Market Types and Bet Structures

  1. Single and multiple bets

A single bet concerns a single event outcome. A multiple bet covers multiple independent events and pays only if all selections are correct. The payout is the product of the stake and the odds for all selections in the combination.

  2. System bets

A system bet comprises several multiples of the same stake on a defined set of outcomes. Payouts are calculated for each included multiple and summed; each multiple is settled separately.

  3. Conditional bets

A conditional bet is a sequence where only the main part is paid; the remaining conditional bets are funded from the winnings of the main part. If the main part loses, all conditional bets are void. If the main part does not have enough winnings to cover all conditional bets, those bets are excluded from the wager.

  4. Market relatedness restrictions

It is prohibited to include events from the same match within multiple or system bets. If such a bet is placed, Tk10 refunds the wager. Tk10 reserves the exclusive right to determine whether events are related.

  5. Line integrity and adjustments

Final winnings reflect the specifics of odds determination for market types, postponements, and date transfers. If an event is moved to another date, odds may be adjusted or treated as 1 for settled bets on affected lines. Bets accepted based on the line at bet acceptance preserve the original terms; subsequent changes do not retroactively alter those bets unless specified.

3. Scorer and Player Markets

Scorer family markets cover First, Last, and Anytime goalscorer issues and apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals are treated according to official rulings; if a match ends with only own goals and no scorer arises, applicable markets may be void or settled as defined in the market description. Abandonment or continuation scenarios are settled per official results and market terms. Markets such as First/Anytime Goalscorer paired with 1X2 or Correct Score follow the same rules and may be void if not applicable due to abandonment.

4. Live Betting

  1. Live bet acceptance and dynamic odds

Live bets are accepted on events in progress and only for outcomes with undetermined results. Live odds update in real time to reflect event progress. Acceptance occurs on the odds published at bet placement; subsequent fluctuations do not affect accepted bets unless specified.

  2. Live settlement

Live bets settle on results as soon as official results are available. Any later adjustments are not applied unless the market description permits.

  3. Live markets and non-participants

In live markets, bets on non-participating athletes are void unless the market clearly specifies otherwise and the result is determined.

  4. Claims and eligibility

Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. Tk10 may block accounts for automated betting or other policy violations as part of anti-fraud measures.

5. Markets and Outcome Definitions

  1. Two-way and three-way markets

Team to win is shown as 1, Draw as X, Team 2 to win as 2. Combined markets such as 1X, 12, and X2 reflect the inclusion of specified outcomes. Handicap and Total markets apply to the final result after adjustment for the specified values; a tie after applying a handicap results in odds of 1.

  2. Totals and over/under

Totals indicate the aggregate goals, points, or games scored; bets are settled as over or under the posted line according to the official result. Settlement uses official results; discrepancies are resolved per Tk10 policy.

  3. Exact score and half-time/full-time

Correct Score requires the precise final score. HT-FT requires the half-time score and the full-time score as specified. Markets may specify the combination, and settlement follows the stated terms.

  4. Time intervals

Time interval bets cover defined segments of play, such as from the first minute to the 20th minute, or from the 21st minute to the end of the match. Intervals are defined in market descriptions and settle based on official statistics.

  5. To Qualify and progression bets

To Qualify bets determine whether a participant advances to a subsequent stage. If a participant is subsequently disqualified or a qualification is annulled, settlements reflect results of matches that have occurred. In two-legged ties, bets on the first leg are settled with reference to actual qualification outcomes; if no matches occur, bets on win are settled at odds of 1.
