Overview
This Tk10 Payments & Withdrawals policy governs all monetary transactions on the Tk10 platform. It applies to every active account and operates in accordance with applicable law, the Terms and Conditions, and the integrity controls implemented by Tk10.
Accepted payment methods
- Debit and credit cards issued by major networks (Visa, Mastercard) for deposits and withdrawals where supported by the player's region.
- Bank transfers, including domestic and international transfers, subject to bank processing times and regional limits.
- E-wallets and digital payment providers supported by Tk10 in the player's region.
- Other methods may be added or removed from time to time; Tk10 will disclose any changes in this policy prior to use.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit per transaction: €25 or local currency equivalent.
- Maximum deposit per transaction: €5,000 or equivalent in local currency.
- Deposits are credited to the Tk10 account immediately upon successful authorization by the payment provider, subject to any additional verification requirements.
- Deposits may be withheld or reversed if there is insufficient funds, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with verification requirements.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal per request: €25 or local currency equivalent.
- Maximum withdrawal per request: €5,000 or equivalent, per method and regional restrictions.
- Withdrawals are processed after successful verification of the account and ownership of the selected withdrawal method.
- Withdrawal requests are evaluated for compliance with Tk10's AML and KYC requirements and may be delayed for additional documentation.
- Withdrawals are payable only to the account or method originally used to fund the Tk10 account, in the name of the Tk10 account holder; third-party withdrawals are prohibited unless expressly authorized by Tk10 in writing.
Processing times
- E-wallet withdrawals: typically 1–24 hours after approval, excluding bank processing delays or regional banking hours.
- Card withdrawals: usually 3–5 business days from approval, subject to card issuer processing times.
- Bank transfers: typically 3–7 business days from approval, depending on the recipient bank and country.
- Weekend and public holidays are excluded from processing times.
Verification and security
To protect players and comply with legal obligations, Tk10 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Acceptable verification may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and, where required, a selfie for identity confirmation. Verification must be completed before the first withdrawal and may be triggered by deposits exceeding thresholds or unusual activity.
Fees and charges
Tk10 does not charge a blanket fee on deposits. Withdrawal-related fees, if applicable to a chosen method, will be disclosed prior to submission of the withdrawal and shown in the withdrawal summary. Currency conversion, if any, will apply a disclosed margin as part of the provider's rate. All fees are itemized and controllable by Tk10 in its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Limits and currency handling
Transactions are conducted in the currency of the Tk10 account or in an accepted local currency where available. Currency conversion, when required, is performed at the provider rate plus a disclosed margin. Events such as regional regulatory changes may affect limits and available methods; Tk10 will notify players of material changes that affect existing accounts.
Compliance, responsible gaming and dispute handling
All payment activities comply with applicable AML, anti-fraud, and responsible gaming requirements. For any payment-related dispute, players may submit a claim through Tk10's support channels. Tk10 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 30 days, subject to receipt of all requested information and internal review.
